• Manage the entire recruitment process through Zoho Recruit. • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews. • Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team and hiring managers. • Manage employee surveys, feedback forms, and performance appraisals. • Encourage and ensure all team members use Team Logger for time tracking. • Maintain and update employee and candidate data accurately. • Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining smooth communication within the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in HR or Recruitment. • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Recruit and HR operations. • Good understanding of employee engagement and performance management. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote role.
