📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications, automation solutions, integrations, and enterprise software • Partner with business stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and IT to identify opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions • Lead solution delivery through requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, and support • Develop and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, and data-driven solutions • Build AI-enabled solutions using enterprise AI platforms, large language models, and AI-assisted development tools • Validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and production readiness • Troubleshoot applications and improve reliability, performance, and user experience • Partner with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams on enterprise standards, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices • Establish reusable development standards, templates, and best practices • Coach citizen developers and business solution owners and help transition solutions into governed production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 12 years of related experience; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience • Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting production software applications and enterprise solutions • Strong programming experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or similar modern development languages • Experience building and consuming APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services • Knowledge of source control, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support • Understanding of secure application development, authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security principles • Experience evaluating and leveraging AI-assisted development tools and AI-generated outputs • Experience in software engineering, application development, automation, AI enablement, analytics, digital transformation, or related technology disciplines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills • Preferred experience supporting global organizations, manufacturing operations, or high-tech environments • Preferred technical experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, REST APIs, microservices, Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Databricks, SQL Server, GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, enterprise integrations, ERP platforms, workflow orchestration, business intelligence, data visualization, and process automation
