📋 Description

• Execute in-person security coordination and facilitation for clients • Manage communications and operational planning for high-security-threshold moves • Operate an armored vehicle using disciplined, defensive driving habits • Monitor GSOC communications • Document observations and escalate high-impact or security-sensitive situations • Coordinate client movements and training delivery • Develop local talent and own market compliance and credentialing by Year Two

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in security operations, executive protection, military, law enforcement, or a related field • Prior experience in a high-trust driving or protective role preferred • Clean driving record • Ability to pass a thorough background check • Willingness to travel to Fortis Headquarters for a dedicated training and credentialing program • Strong local market knowledge, or drive to become a subject matter expert in your city • Service-minded and committed to a positive, high-trust team • Built for discretion and comfortable under scrutiny • Calm under pressure and sharp on details • Desire to grow from operator into trainer and local leader
