📋 Description

• Develop in-depth understanding of the Censis product suite, including CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules • Develop implementation strategies and identify and evaluate installation problems • Train clients on all features and benefits of Censis products • Provide demonstrations and in-services at client sites and virtually • Complete training checklists, daily reports, and implementation reports • Participate in software upgrade training • Identify installation problems, software bugs, and necessary software modifications for Product Development • Assist with installing and uninstalling hardware during operational readiness validations • Establish and maintain client satisfaction during implementation training • Participate in required project tasks and support internal departments • Maintain expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting for PCs, printers, label printers, scanners, and PDAs • Proactively learn new Censis product features • Build container definitions with great attention to detail • Use electrochemical and laser marking technologies to mark, identify, and commission instruments • Prepare and convert customer count-sheet data for upload using Adobe, Word, and Excel • Complete annual performance reviews and performance and development goals • Work weekend or overnight shifts when required • Travel to different facilities weekly, Monday through Friday, with travel up to 75%

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Familiarity and ease with computer systems • Well organized and detail oriented • Self-motivated • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Up to 75% travel, including weekly travel to different facilities Monday through Friday • Ability to physically lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with hardware installation or removal • Willingness to work weekend or overnight shifts when required • Preferred: Certified in Sterile Processing • Preferred: Experience implementing systems in healthcare environments • Preferred: 1–2 years of Sterile Processing or healthcare experience with knowledge of surgical instrument nomenclature • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and/or other project management software • If not previously certified as a sterile processing professional, willingness to work toward the CCSVP certification
