📋 Description

• Design end-to-end workflows for complex web and mobile applications • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers • Apply user-centered design principles, customer insights, and product usage data to understand problems, form hypotheses, and guide product direction • Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Validate concepts and designs through testing • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering throughout design and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, or a related role • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, workflow design, research-informed decision making, interaction design, and visual design skills • Strong understanding of design processes, from research to prototyping to testing • Proficient with Figma • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira or Miro • Experience working with a component-based design system • Familiarity with product analytics, behavioral data, or usage-tracking tools
