📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Professional Services team member providing recommendations and proposals for implementing Accruent Asset Solutions software • Map customer business problems to solutions on the Accruent platform • Apply deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one Asset Solutions product, such as Maintenance Connection, TMS, Meridian, RedEye, or VxField • Collaborate with prospects, customers, Commercial Sales, Value Realization, Legal, Operations, Business Systems, and Professional Services Delivery • Write proposals and contractual documents outlining goals, deliverables, and level of effort • Partner with Commercial Sales to expedite solution sales while maintaining delivery integrity • Design and refine implementation and expansion offerings with Professional Services Delivery leaders • Manage, interpret, and document customer requirements in Statements of Work and proposals • Participate in discovery reviews, RFPs, and Implementation Planning Meetings • Present Services philosophy, methodology, and best practices during the pre-sales phase • Build trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and customers • Refine processes to optimize internal and external stakeholder experiences • Visit customers and partners and participate in tradeshows/conferences up to 25% of the time • Recommend Professional Services and software product additions and enhancements based on customer feedback and competitive analysis • Report to the Director, Services Sales • Perform other responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience implementing software technology • Minimum of 4 years working with customers in project management, program management, or professional services • Strong operational management, project management, and communication/presentation skills • Experience implementing large-scale software solutions across all phases of the client software implementation lifecycle • Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to lead cross-functional collaboration • Passion for winning deals and expediting the sales process • Advanced knowledge of one Asset Solutions product line and ability to learn a second • Advanced knowledge of the value of Professional Services offerings, including Implementation, Managed Services, and expansions • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Working knowledge of Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet the needs of prospects’, customers’, and peers’ time zones • Willingness to travel up to 25%
