📋 Description

• Independently plan and execute turnkey tabletop events from start to finish • Own event logistics, timelines, on-site coordination, post-event data hygiene, booth materials, shipments, setup, and teardown • Support larger tradeshows and corporate events, including venue sourcing and budget tracking • Oversee lead list quality and update event-related website and promotional content • Maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent events and communicate milestones and deadlines • Manage warehouse inventory of branded merchandise and event materials, including restocks and shipments • Build trusted relationships across marketing and the broader organization to support smooth event execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on tradeshow experience • Federal/Public Sector experience is a bonus • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven system for managing tasks and deadlines • Clear and effective written and verbal communication • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite, particularly spreadsheets for tracking budgets, lead data, and inventory • Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a major plus • Familiarity with lead retrieval tools and event registration platforms is a plus • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot is a bonus • Prior experience in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure technology is a plus • Comfortable with up to 25% travel to support events as needed
