• 4–6 years of experience in account or client success management within a marketing, creative, or agency environment. • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills. • Deep understanding of integrated marketing — from paid and lifecycle to creative and analytics. • Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and moving parts simultaneously. • Comfortable in fast-paced, remote, growing environments with evolving processes.
