⢠Process accurate, timely payroll for 350+ employees across the US, Canada, Ireland, UK, and other jurisdictions ⢠Coordinate payroll setup for new hires, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing ⢠Reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies ⢠Partner with support teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize platform functionality ⢠Manage off-cycle payroll runs, bonuses, commissions, and compensation adjustments ⢠Monitor automated tax calculations and filings across all jurisdictions for accuracy and timely submission ⢠Review and approve year-end tax documents (W-2s, T4s, P60s) before distribution to employees ⢠Manage garnishments and statutory deductions, maintaining compliance with regulations ⢠Prepare custom payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership teams ⢠Identify automation opportunities and process improvements within the platform ⢠Other duties as assigned
⢠5+ years of payroll processing experience, with at least 2 years managing multi-country payroll ⢠Deep expertise in US payroll regulations (federal and multi-state); working knowledge of Canadian, Irish, and UK payroll requirements ⢠Experience with cloud-based payroll systems (Rippling experience highly preferred) ⢠Strong understanding of payroll accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements ⢠CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar certification preferred ⢠Experience with M&A payroll integration, including system transitions and Day 1 payroll readiness preferred ⢠Experience working with EOR models and managing payroll through third-party providers preferred ⢠Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
