📋 Description

• Configure systems from end-to-end as needed under the project lead • Troubleshoot errors and perform quality assurance testing • Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with clients • Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, and design walkthroughs • Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients • Conduct technical investigation of client issues with initial troubleshooting • Enable successful go-lives acting as the first line of QA before UAT and final implementation • Assist with integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system • Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field related field or equivalent experience • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML, and JSON • Experience with SQL a definite asset • Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment • Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills • Exceptional time management skills • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, USA or EU • Occasional travel is a requirement for this position
