Foundation Marketing is a specialized marketing agency that helps B2B technology and SaaS companies build AI-era visibility and demand. They focus on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure brands are cited and recommended by large language models and other AI systems, and combine technical SEO, content creation, digital PR, LLM advertising, paid media, and distribution (including Reddit, YouTube, and earned channels) to drive pipeline and measurable ROI. Foundation serves AI companies, martech, cybersecurity, developer tools, data & analytics, professional services, manufacturing, and higher-education enterprise technology clients.

📋 Description

• Own important enterprise relationships with a book built to $2–3M a year, anchored by at least one client worth $1M+ • Serve as senior strategic partner to client marketing leadership across several business units • Own the strategic roadmap for each account, including priorities, programs and alignment with client revenue goals • Manage executive relationships with CMOs, VPs and business-unit leaders, including regular in-person time where clients expect it • Drive renewals and expansion across business units and channels, including complex, multi-line negotiations • Own book margin with the AEO Program Director, including scope, pricing and changes • Lead enterprise pursuits from pitch through signed contract and handover into delivery • Monitor account health, identify risk early and lead recovery • Coach others and potentially guide an Associate AEO Marketing Director on an anchor account • Report to a Group AEO Marketing Director

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of client-facing strategy or account leadership at an agency or consultancy • Personal ownership of $1M+ enterprise relationships, including renewals and expansions you drove • Presence with VP and C-level clients, and the strategic depth to advise them, not just report to them • Strong command of B2B marketing channels and how AI search is changing buyer discovery • Bonus: depth in one of our industries, such as financial services, higher education, or HR and payroll technology
