📋 Description

• Own and coordinate day-to-day Salesforce enablement activities across the Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce organizations • Develop and deliver role-based Salesforce training through live sessions, virtual training, office hours, and targeted learning opportunities • Host recurring Salesforce office hours and provide frontline guidance for common user issues • Identify recurring user challenges and translate them into training, documentation, communications, or process improvement opportunities • Partner with Salesforce Platform Leads, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders • Lead the Salesforce enablement workstream for new agency onboarding • Create and manage onboarding project plans covering readiness, communications, training, documentation, and post-launch enablement • Coordinate with Salesforce, business operations, implementation teams, agency leadership, and other stakeholders • Develop agency-specific training strategies and facilitate pre-, during-, and post-onboarding support • Track onboarding milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding activities and communicate status • Develop user communications for releases, process changes, new capabilities, training opportunities, and onboarding activities • Translate technical or system changes into practical, user-focused messaging • Create, maintain, and improve Salesforce documentation, training materials, job aids, FAQs, and onboarding resources • Establish scalable approaches for Salesforce knowledge and enablement resources across both organizations • Support adoption strategies, gather feedback, monitor adoption challenges, and evolve the enablement program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years' experience in a similar role in the Salesforce ecosystem • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and ability to navigate, demonstrate, and explain functionality to users with varying technical experience • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language • Experience creating user communications, training materials, presentations, job aids, and other enablement content • Foundational experience in marketing, communications, change management, or a related discipline • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units and stakeholder groups • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and cross-team coordination • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with users, leaders, subject matter experts, and technical partners • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt as priorities, projects, and business needs evolve • Flexibility to travel periodically for agency onboarding, training, or other business needs • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
