📋 Description

• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles • Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements • Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls • You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently • Access to your own phone, computer, and internet • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
