📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Provide exceptional customer service • Pull up loan information and provide accurate information quickly • Adhere to schedules, multitask, and meet deadlines • Provide verbal and written customer responses by phone, email, or letter • Explain policies and procedures to customers • Resolve customer inquiries and find effective solutions • Build positive customer relationships • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL • Fluent in both Spanish and English • High School Graduate/GED • 0–1 years related work experience preferred • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Comply with all company policies and procedures • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security • Licensure and certification: none required
