• Responsible for sales activities and business development towards both national and international customers • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing key customers • Sell the company’s entire offering and provide advice on customer-specific and innovative solutions • Independently negotiate contracts, prices, and quality standards • Coordinate and plan sales activities and implement strategic and operational goals in collaboration with business units • Follow up on projects, quotations, and deliveries, and report to relevant stakeholders • Work proactively with problem-solving and maximize customer satisfaction • Manage CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and business systems (such as SAP) • Monitor market and competitive conditions and initiate appropriate actions
• University degree in engineering, industrial economics, or similar (preferably mechanical engineering) • At least five years of experience in technical sales • Documented ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and structured • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and preferably business systems (e.g., SAP) • Experience working with international teams and customers • Excellent relationship-building skills, strong collaboration ability, and a values-driven approach • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and turn insights into improved solutions • Driver's license is required • High degree of flexibility, personal responsibility, and strategic thinking
