📋 Description

• Create and schedule social media posts using Canva across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns • Conduct SEO research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies • Support sales and marketing efforts through lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates • Assist with content planning and reporting analytics for growth campaigns • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager • Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Reliable internet connection • Availability for 40 hours per week • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho (preferred) • Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp (preferred) • Basic understanding of branding and content strategy (preferred)
