📋 Description

• Build the front-line relationship for dealership customers and liaise with external and internal stakeholders • Execute a framework to proactively communicate ROI, identify risks, and minimize churn • Analyze customer performance using data and work with customers to optimize success • Influence customer lifetime value through product adoption, satisfaction, and customer health • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused plans and optimize revenue opportunities • Understand customers’ business models and industries to position adaptive insights supporting business goals • Report to the Director of Enterprise Accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with enterprise-level automotive customers, such as large dealer groups or OEMs • Experience in digital advertising with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising • Current certifications in Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX, or ability to obtain them within the first 30 days of employment • High competency working with data to drive business focus and decision-making • Ability to build and implement follow-up processes • Experience working with CRM systems • Independent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and high energy levels • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work • Ability to perform duties from a home office using necessary technology and maintaining productivity • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
