📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for multiple engineering teams. • Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and impact. • Ensure technical excellence by establishing best practices in engineering, security, and performance. • Support platform growth while maintaining system reliability, scalability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with executives to align engineering priorities with business objectives. • Champion strong engineering practices, including managing technical debt, observability, and long-term maintainability • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement, incorporating learnings from launches and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams that build customer-facing applications at scale • Strong track record in growing and mentoring technical leaders and senior engineers • Proven ability to drive collaboration across engineering, product, design, and data teams. • The ability to own team outcomes end-to-end, balancing delivery, quality, and long-term technical health • Broad technical fluency across your team’s domain, with the ability to engage in design discussions and guide technical decision-making • Strong execution skills - you can forecast, communicate progress, manage risk, and adapt plans as needed
