📋 Description

• Contribute to real projects supporting team goals and priorities • Collaborate with teammates across functions • Build practical skills through day-to-day experience, feedback, and mentorship • Participate in team meetings, planning, and shared problem-solving • Take ownership of assigned work and help move projects forward • Explore different areas of interest and gain broader exposure where possible • Participate in onboarding, regular check-ins, mentorship, and learning opportunities • Potentially contribute to product development, operations, data, design, customer experience, and business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education, or recently completed a program, in a relevant area • Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada • Available for approximately 40 hours per week • Available for at least a 4 month term (Winter 2027) • Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute • Good communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable working in a team environment and adapting to new challenges • Previous co-op, internship, part-time work, volunteer, academic, or project experience is an asset • Experience working on team-based projects is a bonus • Familiarity with tools, systems, or workflows related to area of study is a bonus • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus • Interest in healthcare, technology, or e-commerce is a bonus
