📋 Description

• Lead several R&D projects/programs within the product technology center, focusing on Innovation and Renovation projects across frozen foods, including meals, pizza, and snacking • Plan projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Idea-to-Launch (I2L), corporate strategies, and commitments • Orchestrate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across R&D, SBU, Zone, and Markets • Manage stakeholders and negotiate with key decision makers and internal/external networks • Report to the product technology center project management office lead • Manage project scope, tasks, costs, timing opportunities, and risks • Define project roles and responsibilities and perform resource planning • Coordinate marketing, quality assurance, engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate project status through oral, written, and presentation communications • Facilitate coaching and collaboration among specialists and develop junior project manager capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor in Science or engineering degree (or equivalent), with a sound knowledge of project management • >5 years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or food & beverage company • >7 years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions • Proven track record of strong project management • Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification is a plus • Candidates must be located in the United States • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule
