📋 Description

• Define and execute an AI- and custom-software-centered product vision • Establish a detailed roadmap aligned with client goals and Future Works’ standards • Lead the complete product development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment • Coordinate design and development teams to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations • Partner with engineering and data science teams to integrate AI capabilities into custom software and applications • Serve as the primary client contact, communicate progress, gather feedback, and refine requirements • Establish KPIs and benchmarks and monitor design and development progress • Maintain high delivery standards and consistent quality • Use data and feedback to refine PDLC processes and drive innovation in AI-enhanced custom application development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management • Hands-on experience across all phases of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) • Experience delivering custom software solutions that integrate AI • Proven track record managing and coordinating complex design and development lifecycles from concept to launch • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and data analytics • Knowledge of software development methodologies • Ability to communicate technical requirements to design and development teams • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, including design, development, and engineering • 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products • Excellent client relationship-building and requirements translation skills • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Proficiency in GSuite, ClickUp, Figma, and Jira
