📋 Description

• Lead operations strategy and business transformation for a major enterprise client in healthcare and consumer goods • Facilitate executive workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders • Decompose complex value chains and cross-functional business processes across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and distribution • Identify root causes of operational inefficiency, wrong-node allocation, mode-mix issues, and escalation drivers • Translate business findings into structured, actionable requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers • Own and independently drive one or more delivery lanes, including planning, client communication, deliverable production, risk escalation, and progress reporting • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to define current-state and target-state process and system architectures • Apply Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving frameworks • Produce process maps, value stream analyses, opportunity assessments, business cases, and use case definitions • Mentor and support junior Business Analysts and consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm • Track record of leading operations strategy, business transformation, or value chain reinvention engagements • Experience independently owning executive-level client relationships • Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and drive conversations without senior oversight • Strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping • Experience across multiple industries and geographies at a senior level • Experience mapping and transforming end-to-end value chains • Ability to engage meaningfully with Solutions Architects and Data Engineers on data schemas, system integrations, ERP landscapes, and AI/ML model requirements • Comfort utilizing AI tools, including LLM assistants and agentic workflows • Ability to thrive in rapid, hypothesis-driven sprint cycles and 12-week engagement models • Black Belt certification or equivalent practical depth strongly preferred
