📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO • Refine the ideal customer profile, size-tiered pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilots with managing partners and claims/litigation-operations leads at small-to-mid insurance-defence firms • Convert design partners into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 • Iterate the product based on user feedback, including records retrieval, key-fact flagging, billing-reasonableness analysis, and discovery triage • Sequence carrier reserving and prediction as a later phase • Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the company's cultural foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market • Consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement experience • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Deep expertise in insurance defence or claims operations, including pre-litigation records and discovery, legal billing review, and litigation case management • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining alignment with the venture's goals
