📋 Description

• Set the venture's technical direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CTO • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment • Translate rough product intent into structure, context, and executable specifications • Build maintainable AI products using modern tools and frontier models • Design agentic systems and determine when orchestration provides leverage versus when simplicity is preferable • Participate in early customer conversations and shape products around real workflows • Prove traction before scaling and prioritize team-building after validation • Contribute to fundraising, investor conversations, and due diligence • Recruit and grow the technical team when appropriate • Establish the company's cultural foundation • Co-create the venture with FutureSight's cross-functional venture-building team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability • Ability to translate messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications • Comfortable participating in customer conversations and shaping products around real workflows • Rigorous approach to verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and trusted systems • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader • Fundraising experience is a strong plus • Founder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, ability to work independently, and willingness to commit fully • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-alignment note required for application
