📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as the primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations • Onboard new customers, provide technical support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure product functionality meets specifications • Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with Product and engineering teams on product reliability and improvements • Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client success initiatives with company objectives • Work with finance partners to track account financial performance • Represent client needs and feedback within the organization • Track and report key client success metrics, including recurring revenue/margin, product adoption rates, and satisfaction scores • Provide clients with regular updates on performance and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Healthcare Consulting, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in digital healthcare or pharmacy • Strong technical expertise or aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting complex systems and applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach focused on satisfaction and retention • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving • Ability to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform frequent repetitive computer-operating motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, sit for extended periods during travel, carry luggage, navigate airports independently, and adjust to time zones and climates • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employer does not take over, transfer, or sponsor any visa type
