• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business departments • Create, implement, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to identify and engage top active and passive talent across multiple channels • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements • Establish strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders by offering market insights • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to assess the talent landscape • Manage and nurture candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience • Conduct in-depth recruitment screens and competency-based interviews • Maintain and enhance the candidate database using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging metrics and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies • Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques • Excellent English, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional writing skills • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
