📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, discussing campaign objectives, performance metrics, and strategic changes. • Coordinate with various departments to plan and execute marketing campaigns. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools. • Address any issues that arise during campaigns and find solutions to keep things on track. • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a marketing agency. • Strong understanding of the marketing industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. • A passion for client service and a results-oriented approach.
