📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes supporting clients’ technological aspirations • Bridge clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare • 2-5 years of Claims Experience required • Medicaid experience preferred • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to motivate others to action and communicate key technical ideas in a digestible way • Fully remote work limited to contiguous US locations • Video cameras required during interviews and initial orientation week • Stable internet connection and quiet location for screenings, interviews and meetings • Must not use AI tools, virtual backgrounds/filters, or visual enhancements during the interview
