• Analyze, plan, design, document and recommend improvements to business processes supporting client technological aspirations • Bridge clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are reflected in system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections throughout project phases to ensure the intent of change is carried out • Support new client business for the Wisconsin account using Medicaid TPL experience
• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience • Medicaid TPL experience a plus • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence and motivate others and communicate technical ideas in a digestible way • Must work during Wisconsin Account core business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (CST) • Must use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Must be on camera for all internal and client meetings
