📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Provider+ domain • Translate business requirements into solution design, configuration, testing, and operational readiness • Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert • Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams • Lead requirements validation discussions and maintain requirement metadata • Facilitate design sessions and coordinate configuration and system-behavior demonstrations • Lead planning and execution of Provider+ configuration and custom build • Oversee Enrollment, Maintenance, and Revalidation configuration • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and user questions • Maintain traceability from functional requirements through go-live readiness • Manage RAID items and decision logs • Coordinate across Product, AD&I, Testing, Training, and Technical teams • Provide domain input to operational readiness reviews with the client • Support parallel and performance testing spanning UAT and ORR

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or capability in architecture governance, roadmaps, cost optimization, and executive communication • Leadership across product, delivery, client, and vendor stakeholders • Own and validate functional requirements for the Provider+ domain • Maintain requirement metadata, including system components, configuration items, and dependencies • Plan, facilitate, and manage design sessions • Complete domain design documents and business rule artifacts • Lead Provider+ configuration and custom build activities • Experience overseeing configuration for Enrollment, Maintenance, and Revalidation • Ensure build aligns with approved design and documented business rules • Review test cases against requirements and acceptance criteria • Provide domain SME support during SIT and UAT • Support defect analysis, research, and resolution • Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through design, configuration, testing, and implementation • Manage domain-level RAID items and decision logs • Coordinate with Product, AD&I, Testing, Training, and Technical teams • Support operational readiness activities, including environment, data, process, and staffing readiness • Support parallel testing and performance testing • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Must be located within the United States
