📋 Description

• Serve as the functional lead supporting Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program. • Act as the primary liaison between Wisconsin DHS, business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources. • Lead and coordinate operational initiatives, maintenance activities, enhancements, change requests, and project-related work from initiation through implementation and closure. • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, business process reviews, solution discussions, stakeholder meetings, and client-facing presentations. • Own and manage a portfolio of operational work, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely progression through established lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Lead, Functional Lead, Product Owner, or similar role supporting complex technology initiatives. • 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, government programs, or other highly regulated environments. • Proven experience managing work throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, enhancements, maintenance, defect resolution, testing, implementation, configuration, change management, and production support. • Experience creating, reviewing, and validating business requirements, business process documentation, test scenarios, solution deliverables, and project communications while maintaining accurate stakeholder awareness. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Excel, SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques to support decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities.
