📋 Description

• Establish and maintain project-specific quality assurance strategies, plans, documentation, and metrics aligned with standards, policies, and best practices • Conduct quality assessments and evaluations to determine process and product compliance • Document findings and escalate unresolved issues as needed • Review work products, analyze defects and quality metrics, research solutions, and implement approved quality improvements • Lead and support quality programs, audits, process improvements, related training, and standard practice updates • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced quality assurance personnel • Support multiple projects or accounts simultaneously • Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams • Travel occasionally as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Six or more years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems • Degree in business, engineering, MIS, computer science, or related field preferred • Experience with quality metrics, defect analysis, and software industry data collection techniques • Experience with software development methodologies • Experience with quality frameworks such as SEI/CMM and ISO 9000 • Experience with project management methodologies • Experience with software test science, test tools, and quality assurance principles and practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects, priorities, and remote environments • Adaptability to change, multiple work streams, and deadline-driven delivery within budget • Basic leadership and technical proficiency, including mentoring, presentations, and business software tools • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Must be located in the contiguous United States
