• Configure and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, onsite notifications, and promotional pages • Utilize data and reporting tools to support segmentation, targeting, and optimal campaign timing decisions • Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, CRM analytics), and continuously refine execution based on insights • Build, manage, and validate player segments within CRM systems (e.g., Fast Track or similar platforms) to ensure accurate targeting and personalization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and player engagement strategies • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Ensure all campaigns comply with responsible gaming policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory standards • Contribute to process and workflow improvements, supporting a culture of data-driven execution and accountability
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage) • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, including campaign workflows and segmentation logic • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a results-driven approach
