📋 Description

• Review background check reports, security clearance packets, and other security functions for prospective employees • Send and review background checks • Update records, including background check statuses and clearance statuses • Upload clearances into the internal database • Answer the GWFS main/security phone line • Support security staff with badging and other headquarters requirements • Conduct daily updates for reporting purposes and to control/manage the candidate pipeline • Upload necessary documentation onto various portal websites for review/submission • Check clearance status in DISS for potential candidates provided by recruiting • Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure the accuracy of collected documents • Administer and troubleshoot databases • Update websites and SharePoint sites • Run reports and perform database cleanup tasks • Perform other administrative tasks as needed • During visits to operational areas, may encounter extreme cold or hot weather, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative role • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Highly detail oriented and organized • Ability to multi-task • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Will be required to submit and hold DOD clearance • Associate degree or more • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. • Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
