📋 Description

• Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory within the Northeast region, which includes: CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE • Own a quarterly quota, delivering on it independently and taking on the most complex and cross-functional deals with minimal support. • Build and grow the region's base of brokers and advisors, activating new partners and deepening the highest-producing ones. • Personally develop and win the region's most strategic Gold Advisor relationships. • Shape territory strategy alongside your partner roles (Enterprise, AE, CR, and peer RDs), sharing what is working across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role • Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders • A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it.
