📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience • Generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques in a fast-paced startup environment • Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (Claude Code) • Ability to learn quickly and mentor others • Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance • Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team • Commitment to individual accountability and authentic feedback
