📋 Description

• Retain and upsell Garner’s largest employer clients, serving 1,000–5,000 lives • Collaborate with account managers to ensure important clients have an excellent experience • Act as a trusted strategic partner on plan design, cost trends, and plan performance • Establish and manage strategic broker and client relationships • Monitor client health and execute plans to address account risks • Resolve strategic problems with clients and ensure Garner delivers value to employers and members • Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams on customized reports and presentations demonstrating Garner’s value and ROI • Report to the VP, Strategic Accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a commercially-oriented account management or sales role in the employee benefits space • Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge • Experience advising large and Enterprise employer clients on benefits strategy and cost performance • Proven results of achieving retention and upsell targets year over year • Strong desire to work in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Problem-solving ability in ambiguous situations • Desire to work on a high-performing, mission-driven team • Travel up to 25% of the time
