🎯 Requirements
•3年以上金融系统开发经验，至少1年量化相关开发经历 •精通Golang/Python/java/c++任一语言，具备高并发系统开发经验 •熟悉Mysql，Redis在交易场景的应用 •熟悉Kafka/Pulsar等消息队列 •精通K8s容器化部署，掌握Prometheus+Grafana监控体系 •具备合约网格策略系统开发经验，理解动态调参机制 •熟悉CTA策略在加密货币市场的特性（波动率适应、跨交易所套利 ） •掌握仓位管理算法（马丁格尔、反马丁等）的实现原理 •优秀的表达沟通能力，强烈的自驱感和责任心
