• Manage accounts payable, receivables, and expense reports • Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, and prepaids • Handle revenue schedules and invoice classifications • Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations and close tasks • Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support • Assist with annual external audits and ad-hoc reports • Support financial reporting and upcoming system transitions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 3+ years of professional accounting experience • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) • Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices • Excellent organization and communication skills • Experience with mid-market ERP systems or popular cloud accounting tools • Familiarity with CRM or automated billing platforms • CPA certification a plus
