📋 Description

• Support the onboarding and integration of new veterinary clinics • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key veterinary accounts • Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow through on questions, concerns, service issues and opportunities • Partner with Operations to resolve service challenges and ensure customer commitments are delivered consistently • Monitor account activity to identify retention risks, declining engagement and relationship growth opportunities • Maintain accurate customer activity, follow-up and opportunity information in Gateway's CRM platform • Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports • Turn customer and account data into useful insights for the Sales team • Stay informed about Gateway's services, customer needs and competitive activity • Support clinic integration, key accounts, customer retention and growth opportunities • Frequently interact with veterinary clinics, Sales partners, Operations teams and Care Center leadership • Travel up to approximately 60% based on customer and business needs • Some weekend work may be required to support customer commitments, deadlines or industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of account management, customer success, sales support or related B2B experience • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • Strong consultative, communication and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, proactive and disciplined about follow-through • Comfortable using CRM technology, customer data and sales reporting • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation • Willingness to travel up to 60% as required • Veterinary, healthcare, service, route-based or related industry experience is an asset • Ability to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check
