📋 Description

• Manage tickets, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning to ensure the team consistently hits delivery timelines. • Establish agile workflows, remove blockers for developers, and maintain a high velocity without compromising code quality. • Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to translate roadmap goals into actionable technical tasks. • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture. • Drive technical decisions, solution architecture, and system design to ensure our platform is scalable, maintainable, and secure. • Write clean, production-ready code for core features, critical bugs, and complex architectural foundations. • Define engineering best practices, maintain testing standards, and manage technical debt proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or Engineering Manager). • Strong expertise in GoLang, Microservice Architecture, AWS/GCP and modern system design. • Proven track record of managing sprint deliverables, estimation, tracking tools (Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects), and shipping software on time. • Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and bridge business requirements with execution. • Must thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
