📋 Description

• Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are performed and documented • Implement hardware and software asset management within TENM, including updating the SW Warranty Tracker and managing licenses • Maintain IUID tags and upload information into PIEE • Support internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits • Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition • Prepare asset management reports for contractual, governmental, and internal requirements • Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits • Ensure lifecycle accountability and compliance for government and company assets

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 2 to 5 years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport • Ability to travel 25% to 50% • Skills in accountability, fixed assets, and inventory audits • Knowledge of hardware and software asset management, software licenses, IUID tags, PIEE, TENM, government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets
