📋 Description

• Establishing yourself as a single point of contact by demonstrating personal ownership and accountability • Function effectively in a broad and matrixed environment • Attend pre-proposal and negotiation meetings, develop scope and schedule, loadboard, JCE, tooling, quotes, parts, resources, deliverables • Coordinate Design Eng. / Customer coord / Pre Site work (T-12, T-6) • Ensure Development One EHS plan upon site mobilization prior to outage start • Development and management of costs with ongoing estimates to completion • Ensure all project authorization is secured both technically and financially • Manage the Scope Change Authorization process for all assigned projects • Provide project leadership and guidance from project conception through to project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College OR (a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role OR an associate degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role) • At least 5 additional years of experience in a customer facing role in the power generation industry. • Willingness and ability to relocate to Bowmanville, ON to maintain daily site physical presence and interaction with customer team during outages as well as during non-outage time. • Willingness and ability to respond to customer issues regardless of day and time. • The ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access at a Darlington nuclear facility. • Experience with Alstom BBC steam turbine and generator maintenance is a must
