📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for TD's sales channel • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Develop new business and build a customer base • Build an independent business using TD's brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education (preferred)
