📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage customer base through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Conduct mortgage sales and business development activities • Use TD’s sales management system to manage sales activity • Make joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through training • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand • Flex the work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Highly motivated self-starter • Exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred
