⢠Support various contracts and agreements, including fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, FAR Part 12/15, OTA, international, and civil contracts ⢠Standardize processes for maximum throughput, with heavy focus on U.S. Government traditional contract structures ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to support and guide the capture process for new opportunities ⢠Ensure continued execution of existing agreements ⢠Assess, disposition, and flow down FAR and DFARS requirements and commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts ⢠Support the full contract life cycle for multiple programs, including solicitation assessment, proposal strategy and compilation, audit and negotiation, contract operation and change management, customer relationship maintenance, claims and disputes administration, and contract closeout ⢠Maintain commitment to compliance, quality, and timeliness ⢠Participate in special projects as assigned ⢠Support the Electric Power and Propulsion business across government, commercial, and civil contracting environments
⢠Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ⢠5-7 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution ⢠Experience with administration of Federal Acquisition Regulations, with emphasis in Parts 12 and 15, and the aligned DoD Regulation Supplement ⢠Experience evaluating risk against commercial terms and conditions ⢠Experience briefing stakeholders including cross functional team members and functional leadership ⢠Periodic travel required ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and influencing skills ⢠Ability to analyze and resolve problems ⢠Advocate for continuous improvement and Flight Deck fundamentals ⢠Motivated to execute independently or with minimal supervision when appropriate ⢠Ability to obtain security clearance ⢠Project management and other leadership skills ⢠Access to U.S. export-controlled information requires proving U.S. Person status: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status ⢠Must be legally authorized to work in the United States ⢠Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable ⢠Employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
