📋 Description

• Deliver clinical training and support during implementations, go-lives, and optimization engagements • Partner with customers to improve workflows and drive best practices • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience • Maintain strong knowledge of monitoring solutions and clinical applications

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical experience • Registered Nurse (RN) with active registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body • Experience delivering clinical education or training • Ability to travel extensively (60%+), including overnights • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. • Bilingual English/French is an asset
