• Demonstrate equipment capabilities on Women’s Health Ultrasound products in the assigned territory • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence, field concerns, issues, and requirements to the business • Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive Women’s Health Ultrasound sales • Prospect for new customers and business • Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio • Develop long-term customer relationships • Identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs • Support sales of Ultrasound equipment into Women’s Health Ultrasound markets
• Associate degree • Must have American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in OB/GYN • 5+ years of high-risk/maternal-fetal ultrasound experience • Women’s Health Ultrasound clinical application and/or product knowledge • Willingness to travel 75% within the specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays • Bachelor's degree (desired) • ARDMS Fetal Echo and OB/Gyn registry (desired) • Urological ultrasound experience (desired) • 3+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s) (desired) • 5+ years in progressively larger formal leadership roles working in a complex technical environment (desired) • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking and IT • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process • Demonstrated communication and clear-thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products • Knowledge of Healthcare industry trends and Women’s Health Ultrasound marketplace • Will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
