• Develop strong clinical relationships with top academic medical centers in the market • Continuously interact with clinical, research, and administrative decision makers to understand objectives and pain points • Champion adoption of advanced system features and imaging techniques • Consult with radiologists by disease site to optimize image quality • Optimize protocols on scanners • Assist in standardization across the installed system base • Partner with department leaders to increase efficiency • Identify training needs among technologists and physicians • Introduce new offerings and studies • Assist customers in adopting and advancing new product features and imaging techniques • Liaise with account teams to align communication and drive customer satisfaction • Partner with SBU and Modality teams to provide customer and competition insights • Provide product-performance feedback to SBU and Modality teams • Act as focal point for the modality team and assist with customer satisfaction issues, escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests • Establish relationships and partnerships with relevant stakeholders • Engage key opinion leaders on progress and gain consensus on next steps
• Associate degree or equivalent • 5+ years of MRI technical/clinical industry experience • ARRT certification • Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry • Ability to travel 10% of the time by car within the assigned region • Applicants must reside or be willing to relocate to the Greater San Francisco area • Demonstrated clinical expertise, including advanced applications in the respective modality • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for close customer interaction • Ability to interact effectively with modality, commercial, and service stakeholders • Experience speaking and presenting materials to diverse audiences • Ability to write training reports and communications • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work in a matrix environment • Ability to strategize with decision makers on workflow improvements • Ability to proactively manage customer issues and communicate outcomes • Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions • Ability to express opinions, information, and arguments clearly and fluently • Must be a U.S. person • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas for this opening
