📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on imaging and other medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems • Lead customer communications and act as an escalation point for customer-related concerns • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification through resolution • Lead installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs on designated equipment • Maintain customer relationships, communication, issue resolution, and follow-up to drive satisfaction • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing, metrics, and parts ordering • Partner with customers and sales teams to recommend value-added services • Use GE HealthCare escalation processes and work with regional and national support to implement corrective action plans • Assist customers and service sales with contract and on-demand revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience • Technical capabilities in imaging, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation • Valid driver's license • Experience with web applications and Microsoft Suite products • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and maintain good hand and finger dexterity • Offer of employment conditioned on successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Some customers may require vaccination mandates
