📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer for all activities related to imaging equipment installation • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during installation • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities within the assigned market • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets • Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging • Manage implementation from sales order review through customer training on new imaging devices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience • Construction or related experience • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office and at customer facilities • Strong organizational skills and email management • Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight when required • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades • Experience with large-scale project management requirements where schedule deadlines are met or ahead of schedule • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification are desired • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas
